Helen Diggins[1] is a member of Annie Harris' book club. She is a neighbor of the Harris family and has a recurring interest in Duncan.

When Duncan Harris is driving them around while they are drinking, she mentions how Duncan resembles James Patterson, and seems to be coming onto him.

Annie warns Duncan not to be alone with Helen as she is taking a divorce roughly.

In "Undacuva Mutha", she spray paints an offensive message on Annie's meter maid cart.

In "Witch Day" she decorates her house, then comments on how she would like to go out like that, before drinking her red wine.

In "Free Range Children" she offers to babysit just Duncan while the girls can be in the front yard.
