Lance is a fireman introduced in the episode Wolf Mother.
Jack Harris mentions that he's on Annie Harris' kitchen calendar on the month of February, and that he fears Annie will divorce him and marry Lance. Soon after telling Kimberly this in the car, he swerves to avoid the Oakdale Fire Dept fire truck driven by Lance, revealing his face.
After Lance expresses concern and Jack says they're fine, he mutters under his breath "beautiful jerk..."
Lance then appears later in the episode in church where he stands up shirtless saying "you're the real hero, Annie", causing her to fan herself and respond "oh... February..."
