Don Rumaldo is a man who wears a pink shirt. He appears in the episode "Free Range Children".
Biography[]
In the episode "Free Range Children", he makes a transaction with El Espantoso regarding drugs. He gives him chocolate guns (that have drugs inside them) in exchange for cash. During the transaction, he protests about Duncan and Kimberly touching his boss El Espantoso due to how people have died for touching him. They then share a trick from their grandma to him, which is putting chocolate in the freezer for a while.
After Don Rumaldo gives El Espantoso the money, Duncan becomes confused and asks El Espantoso if he is going to simply let Don Rumaldo go. He then asks Duncan if there is a problem, to which Duncan's response being a tip that you should always count your money when dealing with transactions and lists off two examples from earlier in the episode (buying underwear and paying for bail). El Espantoso considers this and counts the money, and finds out that Don Rumaldo was one dollar short, to which El Espantoso then gets his people to feed Don Rumaldo to the gators. Don Rumaldo begs for mercy and says that he has a dollar in his car and goes out to get it, but was unfortunately eaten by the gators. It wasn't until right after he died that they then realised he was yelling out the truth and finds the dollar he tried to give them, and they decided to spend it on soda.
